So, the channel has changed, now it is essentially our collaboration channel with Ravid @ravid_balaliev and Vanya @vinchiklenin.

It's still going to be about letters, but now we've attached our public working chat to it as well.
I thought it would be interesting to watch the process in real time in this format, as I originally planned for this channel. Maybe you'll want to comment on something right on the fly, and we'll see what happens!
